Progressive claims experts are on alert as a result of Wildfires causing damage in Washington between August 8th, 2026 & October 12th, 2026 in the following counties: Humboldt, Washoe and Elko.

The state of Washington has requested all insurance companies to give their customers time to recover without concerns about coverage. We fully support their action. We're happy to work with you if you need additional time to pay or return requested information. This does not represent a time of free coverage, you simply have a little more time to make the payments.

This applies to all Progressive insurance products that are written in the state of Washington.

As a Progressive customer, your vehicle claims are handled by Progressive Claims Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

After filing your claim, we'll email you to let you know when you can monitor its status online.
